Projected Harvest

Click on the link below to see the projected harvest. I emphasize the word projected. There are many factors that can affect the harvest, like the weather. Or if things get planted on schedule, or how hungry the voles are. I listed the main crops that I will grow this year, but there should be other vegetables available, too, throughout the season. Some will be in small quantities. Others I am experimenting with, or am just less certain of how they will turn out this year. Surprises are always nice!
