Here are a few pictures from the farm on the first day of spring 2015:

You have to have a blossom photo: French Petite Plum

And the blossoms with a barn

Famosa cabbage rapini

Inchelium garlic that got planted way too late, but is trying to catch up

Sugar Ann snap peas, ready to go into the field

Swiss chard

Purple Mizuna

This seedling should be a head of lettuce by the end of May

One of the feral kittens, almost 11 months old: Hubertus, named for the patron saint of hunting

The other feral kitten: Artemis, named for the goddess of the hunt

For “off season” “quiet time” it is obvious you have been busy, but your cats are slackers LOL
Thank you very very much, Michelle, for sending me these beautiful Spring pictures of the farm! They evoke in me wonderful memories… I am glad to see that the French Petite plum trees are doing extremely well, and so are all your seedlings. The season promises to be an excellent one! And you have two healthy-looking kitties to keep the rodents at bay. Best, Bernard

Can hardly wait for those beautiful veggies to mature! Gorgeous spring pictures! Thanks.
Looks wonderful! Can you believe the colors of the Chard and the Mizuna – wow! And, I like the names of your kitties. I hope they serve as indicators of their hunting prowess. Watch out, gophers!
How delightful to get these photos today. Thank you.

Thanks for sharing Michelle. Looks pretty magical. Hope Hubertus and Artemis are able to pick up the slack for those other freeloaders you’ve got. 🙂
